A veteran’s preference will be applied to this project where applicants who are veterans will be considered first. Once the applications from veterans have been exhausted, then non-veteran applicants will be considered. A random selection will be held on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. for all preliminary applications received on or before 1:00 PM, November 3rd, 2025, after which the waiting list may be closed. There will be a preference for applicants who live and/or work in Housing Region 2 (Essex, Morris, Union and Warren Counties).
